Antes de iniciar a poda, certifique-se que as ferramentas que ser\u00e3o utilizadas estejam bem afiadas e limpas. Um corte \u201cmastigado\u201d leva mais tempo para cicatrizar, expondo a planta \u00e0s doen\u00e7as. Toda poda \u00e9 utilizada para alguma finalidade e cada qual possui uma t\u00e9cnica diferente:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Abrindo uma planta densa:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Comece eliminando os ramos fracos e doentes. Se voc\u00ea cortar os ramos logo acima de uma gema um novo ramo ir\u00e1 nascer no local da poda s\u00f3 que mais fino do que aquele que foi eliminado. Caso deseje eliminar o ramo todo corte-o bem rente ao caule ou ao ramo maior do qual ele brotou. Continue podando at\u00e9 obter o efeito desejado.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Removendo ramos ladr\u00f5es:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Algumas plantas produzem brota\u00e7\u00f5es grandes e vigorosas, mas que lhes d\u00e3o aspecto desordenado, esses ramos ou brota\u00e7\u00f5es podem e devem ser removidos a qualquer \u00e9poca do ano. Normalmente s\u00e3o chamados de ladr\u00f5es, pois utilizam muita for\u00e7a planta para crescerem, prejudicando os demais.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Poda sanit\u00e1ria:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Uma boa pr\u00e1tica no trato das suas plantas \u00e9 a remo\u00e7\u00e3o dos ramos doentes e com folhagem descolorida. Quanto mais r\u00e1pido for eliminado um ramo doente ou infectado, mais f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 salvar a planta.
