O calor do ver\u00e3o brasileiro \u00e9 intenso, e muitas vezes dentro de nossas casas e escrit\u00f3rios somos obrigados a ficar trancados com o ar condicionado ligado o tempo todo. Mas, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel criar um ambiente mais fresco recorrendo a elementos que contribuam para dar frescor ao ambiente, como as plantas.<\/p>\n<p>As plantas colocadas em lugares estrat\u00e9gicos podem ajudar n\u00e3o s\u00f3 na quest\u00e3o da temperatura, mas tamb\u00e9m na privacidade, j\u00e1 que muitos apartamentos ficam devassados em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a pr\u00e9dios vizinhos.<\/p>\n<p>Para diminuir a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica dentro de casa, amenizar o calor e deixar o ambiente mais fresco, e consequentemente mais agrad\u00e1vel, seguem algumas dicas:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Usar plantas altas que fa\u00e7am uma parede viva, como a pleomele Verde (meia sombra), a pleomele variegata para sol direto, a murta (que tamb\u00e9m gosta de sol) e as cl\u00fasias que tamb\u00e9m gostam de sol, mas tamb\u00e9m resistem \u00e0 meia-sombra.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Para as p\u00e9rgulas ou varandas que tenham grade de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, a indica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de trepadeiras, como a ipom\u00e9ia, a alamanda e l\u00e1grima de cristo.
